| Hughes Hubbard is pleased to announce it has acquired the New York-based bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and finance firm Luskin, Stern & Eisler LLP. Michael Luskin, Richard Stern and Nathan Eisler have joined as partners and Patrick Gartland as counsel. Four associates have come with them. They are based in the firm’s New York office and Richard Stern is co-chair of Hughes Hubbard’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice. |
